How it works?

Several waiters rotate between the tables; serving all types of meat Oliveira’s has available. The Rodízio/ Rotation or whatever you prefer to called it, also includes unlimited visits to a buffet with a variety of salads, cold, and hot dishes. The greatest advantage of rotation is experiencing a bit of everything!

How Brazilians do it?
Very good for a happy hour! The trick is to start with a salad, giving green light to waiter through the wafer on the table, which is ready to begin the rotation.
